Late Arrival Policy

We kindly ask you to be punctual, preferably arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time, so we can prepare you for your treatment. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will forfeit treatment deposit we will not conduct the treatment.

Cancellation Policy

Please give 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. We have staff, equipment, and a room reserved just for you during your scheduled appointment. Cancellation failures without a 24-hour notice will result in the forfeiture of the treatment deposit.

If appointment is rescheduled prior to 24-hour notice, the deposit will be applied to other treatments/sessions.

Any no-shows will result in a penalty of the cost of the full treatment.
